Very pretty farm buildings. The accommodation is quite rudimentary, but clean and comfortable. Very welcoming owner and two Bouvié dogs. The farm is quite close to the main road through De Rust, so there's a bit of traffic noise during the day. Quiet after hours.

The family were most welcoming. Everything was neat and clean. Loved the history of the farm and architecture of the buildings. There's a beautiful hike to do and really loved the 3 dogs. It felt like home and we will definitely go back there again.

I spent 1 night at Voelgesang. It is a delightful place to stay. It was spotlessly clean, the bed was very comfortable, with white cotton sheets. The kitchenette was well appointed and it was set in a beautiful garden. Voelgesang is well named, the bird song was lovely.
